Since 1961, the year of its founding, the company has followed a path of growth and specialization, becoming over time an international reference point for luxury furnishings, aviation and Marine.

Antonio Dal Molin founds I.C.A. Industria Conciaria Arzignanese in Arzignano (VI), in the heart of Italy’s tanning district. From the very beginning, the company stands out for the superior quality of its leathers.

Francesco Dal Molin takes over the company, strengthening ICA Leather’s position in the high‑end upholstery market and launching a modernization process.

The company expands with the opening of the new operating site, increasing production capacity and implementing cutting‑edge technologies.

ICA Leather obtains ISO 9001 certification, confirming its commitment to elevated quality standards and excellent production processes.

Adoption of the environmental certification ISO 14001 marks a key step in the company’s sustainable approach, confirming the responsible management of resources.

ICA Leather obtains the Blue Angel (Blauer Engel) eco‑label, a prestigious German certification that attests the reduced environmental impact of certain leather items.

The company obtains AS/EN 9100 certification, attesting compliance with the stringent standards of the aeronautical sector and expanding its market.

ICA Leather launches the Premium Leather Service, a program dedicated to providing tailor‑made solutions for the most demanding clients.

A new generational transition ensures ICA Leather’s continuity and innovation: Antonio Dal Molin Jr. assumes leadership of the company.

ICA Leather attains the LWG Gold Rated certification, the highest international recognition for sustainable leather management.

Antonio Dal Molin fonda I.C.A. Industria Conciaria Arzignanese ad Arzignano (VI), nel cuore del distretto conciario italiano. Fin dall’inizio, l’azienda si distingue per la qualità superiore delle sue pelli.

(1978) Cambio generazionale
Francesco Dal Molin assume la guida dell’azienda, rafforzando il posizionamento di ICA Leather nel mercato dei rivestimenti in pelle di alta gamma e avviando un processo di modernizzazione.

(1990) Nuova sede
L’azienda si espande con l’apertura della nuova sede operativa, migliorando la capacità produttiva e implementando tecnologie all’avanguardia.
